Social Guru Manager (“we”, “us”) is operated by Electronically Enhanced LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and social media management services.

Account information (name, email, password), business and client details you enter, social media account tokens when you connect platforms, content you create or schedule, and standard usage logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

We use your data to provide scheduling, approval workflows, and publishing to connected social platforms; to send approval and notification emails; to improve the service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We integrate with social networks (including Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok), email providers, hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and AI/media APIs. Each third party has its own privacy policy. When you connect a social account, we store OAuth tokens only as needed to post on your behalf.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. You may disconnect social accounts at any time from your client settings. Residents of certain regions may have additional rights under applicable law.
