Terms of Service

By using Social Guru Manager (“Service”), operated by Electronically Enhanced LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Social Guru Manager helps agencies and businesses draft, schedule, approve, and publish social media content to connected platforms. Features may change; some integrations require approval from third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn).

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all content posted through the Service. You represent that you have rights to post the content and that it complies with applicable laws and each platform’s terms. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

When you connect social accounts, you authorize us to act on your behalf according to your settings (including autopilot and approval workflows). Platform APIs may change, rate-limit, or revoke access. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or policy changes.

You may not use the Service for spam, illegal content, harassment, malware, or to violate any platform’s rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or these Terms.

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may offer free tiers or trials that can change or end at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronically Enhanced LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of the Service or connected platforms.
